Alright, my main goal? lose 25 pounds
The side goal: Better looking body!!
The plan:
~Go to the gym AT LEAST twice a week. I have a gym pass, I need to use it more.
~Keep my calories at 1000-1200 a day. It might seem small, but most veggies are small calories anyway.
~Eat more fresh foods. This job is almost done (Worked at a place with no fridge or microwave). I don't need to eat fast food all the time.
~Drink more water. I really need to focus on that. I'm barely hydrated daily.
~Post daily on how I've done.
I'll start tomorrow. And someone PM me if I miss a day! I need some support for this to work.
