Alright, my main goal? lose 25 pounds
The side goal: Better looking body!!

The plan:
~Go to the gym AT LEAST twice a week. I have a gym pass, I need to use it more.
~Keep my calories at 1000-1200 a day. It might seem small, but most veggies are small calories anyway.
~Eat more fresh foods. This job is almost done (Worked at a place with no fridge or microwave). I don't need to eat fast food all the time.
~Drink more water. I really need to focus on that. I'm barely hydrated daily.
~Post daily on how I've done.

I'll start tomorrow. And someone PM me if I miss a day! I need some support for this to work.

Breakfast:
Breakfast bar
Orange Juice

Lunch:
Subway Veggie Delight w/cheese

Dinner:
Fried Rice with Shrimp

Snacks:
2 Chocolate chip cookies (A friend offered them.. I can't deny the cookies)
Cheese Stick
Gatorade
Sweet pickles

Total Calorie intake: 1055 Cal.

Excellent! I can enjoy a snack.
Also downloaded some workout videos. Going to try them when I clean my room a bit more.

Kinda a strange day. But here goes

Breakfast:
Breakfast bar - 130
1/2 bagel - 145

Lunch
1/2 bagel - 145

Dinner
Hard to explain, but I did what I could (went out with friends for dinner, so I'll just do the calorie count) 400

Snacks:
Gatorade - 50
Cheese - 70

Total 940

Still doing fine in my mind. Glad to see that. Next week, the bed gets moved around and I get to do some working out at home and at the gym.

Curry bread (Sourdough bread with curry sauce as a dipping. Yummy) 100

Dinner:
Smothered Burrito with Lemonade 230

Snacks:
Monster energy drink (it got me home safe) 180

Total: 640

Wow.. I think I'm doing great.

I wonder if I'm the only one that still uses this place. Ah well. Today!

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs
Muffin
Fried Turkey ham
Orange Juice

Lunch:
Turkey breast
Mashed potatoes
Salad
1/2 can soda

No dinner. Might change that later

Snacks:
Muffin
Cereal
Ice cream

Total Calories: 850

Woo! I think I might get something else to eat, now that I know that I can. ::Giggles::

I'll be checking my weight tomorrow.

You most likely have no idea who i am... but you need to be over 1000 calories a day... please. it isn't healthy to go below...

Yes and no. I know what that being under 1000 cal can affect the body, but considering I munch here and there on trail mix, I know I'm over 1000. I just don't count it since it depends on the say on how much I eat.
So, don't fret.

trail mix will be a lot of empty cals. try getting some almonds, they're yummy and also really really good for you. (unsalted, uneverything almonds though)

My life has gotten a little crazy here and there lately, so I'm not on as much as I could be. But I'm still going great. I'm staying under 1200 calories a day and I've lost 4 pounds this week.
I didn't go to the gym, but it happens with life. I did my my bed around so I have some room to work out in here now, which I'm happy for.

You know what? throw everything out the window, I'm starting fresh tomorrow. And no, this isn't a new year's goal. I have a few costumes that need to get done and any sort of pudge/ jiggle and I know I'll get crap about them. I'll post everything tomorrow in here just so I can figure it all out myself.
