1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Squash
1 Green Squash
1 Red Onion
Fetta cheese

Vegetable oil
Chopped Garlic in a jar
mayonaise
Lemon Juice
Wheat buns
Grill

Chop the vegetables. Turn on your grill. Cover vegetables lightly in vegetable oil. Grill them each about 3 minutes on each side. Put mayonaise on in your chopped garlic. Then put lemon juice in that. Let it sit in the refridgerator until you're done with the vegetables. Once you are done grilling the veggies, grill the buns. Not long, just 30 seconds to a minute. Then put your garlic sause on the buns. Put the veggies on the bun and sprinkle some fetta cheese on the veggies. Put the top of the bun on the sandwhich and then put the entire sandwhich back on the grill. Pres down the lid (if you're using a small indoor grill) or spatula ontop of the sandwhich to melt the cheese. SERVE UP! Great for vegetarians and non vegetarians. domokun
