WTF

MS keeps restating. If i stay online for more than about 10 minutes, my PC resets. Even when I closed everything and all that was open was maplestory... it still did it. So far it has restarted 7 times. I've uninstalled Maplestory and am reinstalling it right now. I hope I don't experience a number 8. Anyone having similar issues or know what's wrong?

Even when I reinstall Maple, I log on and it still restarts my comp x_X

download full MS
reinstall

edit: uninstall McAffe and/or Symantec/Norton anti-virus stuff
download and install FREE AVG anti-virus (and anti-spyware too if you want) stuff. just my personal opinion.

what OS version? computer manufacturer? etc..

Lol my PC is evil. Im going to see if it crashes within half hour today... if it does, I'll save what I can on a flash drive then Ill just like clear my pc to when I first got it from the manufacturer x_X
I'ev found out that MS doesnt make it restart for no reason but MS just pseeds up the process. When Im on MS, it restarts within 10 - 15 minutes but when I just leave it on with nothing open, it restarts in like a bit over 30 minutes.

Well you can try checking to see if your computer fan is working o.o i remeber this happening to my computer when my fan wasnt working and it just started over heating XD or it could be something that game guard thinks is a hacking program such as an anti virus so it just restarts to be protected.

I have no idea what happened but it isn't doing it anymore o_O
It's been about 45 minutes and nothing. I think it's safe to say that I can log onto MS now x_X
I hope so. I dunno if this is a good sign because I still dunno why it happened in the first place o.o

I just did some spring cleaning in my PC to make sure there wasnt too much dust or anything... there wasn't that much. WHOA, what does it mean if the fan isnt running O_O
im gonna try to run a bunch of stuff and see if it just restarts. How do i ge tthe fan to start spinning if it isn't. I'm very untechnical lol.
Im going to try to overheat it right now x_X

Not too much of a good idea to purposely overheat your computer.
First, you could delete ANYTHING on your desktop you don't use.
Didn't work? CTRL+ALT+DEL When you turn your computer on. (Task Manager->Processes Tab) Check the names of the processes. Best bet is to click "User Name" and skip everything except what your computer name is.
Skip Local Service, System, Network Service.
End programs to see what happens (except things obvious like firefox.exe. Uh, wonder what THAT could be. -Rolls eyes-)
Don't close explorer.exe.

-Sigh- Still didn't work? I don't have a damn clue. You could just... Buy a new computer. OR quit Maple.

...Just to check if your fan is open, turn the computer on without the case on. You should be able to tell then.

i am a Task Manager expert, but i am not sure what process could restart ur comp. i had some problem like that, but it didnt strike 2 times in a row. try trying again and again. oh, maybe its cuz ur comp is mac O.o macs are OLD. get a life WindowsXP computer xp i have a WXP, but my connection to ms sucks anyway... >.<
