I need more info before I can say its a good or bad team. At a minimum I must know their moves, and preferebly I need to know their natures as well. ^^

Yup. But, what I can say right now is that you must keep only 1 fire type! It's not a good idea keeping more than one Pokemon of the same attribute.

Okay this is just my opinion but, its not that too great of an idea to have more than two starters on any one team, same thing with legendaries. Now for the good news, I think having Charizard and Empoleon are a good idea. That's all I have to say.

3 sweepers and 3 tanks...I see nothing wrong with this team other than the fact that Earthquake litterally tears it in half. Ubers are generally considered cheap to use, just to let you know.
