When I run at Cross Country practice, I need to tuck in my laces between the criss-crossing laces or else they will get too large and I'll trip. whee

lol yeah mine stay stuffed inside my shoe - so in answer to your question...
never! biggrin
(but sadly some shoes you have no choice ie. strappy sandals. cant really tuck those under the foot.)

I do it cause im a complete and utter klutz. Ive tripped over NOTHING so many times. Haha. My boyfriend has caught me countless times already =D Then again he runs into stuff so we're two whole idiots XD

But for long distance, expect at least 2 miles a day on any given day(including easy days). Yup, my shoes from this season are dead, with about 350 miles on them in a 2-month period. And I didn't make Varsity, either, so...
