negi_magician Bunai i am not fond of sandles xd i never had strap ones. only slip on ones. totally understand the track run thing... i would do track, but i cant maintain running for long Actually, you don't have to run for long if you do one of the sprint or field events. But for long distance, expect at least 2 miles a day on any given day(including easy days). Yup, my shoes from this season are dead, with about 350 miles on them in a 2-month period. And I didn't make Varsity, either, so... eh. just not for me...i over heat for some reason. then feel like fainting. i use to be able to run a lot. low blood pressure
