I just finished watching the series..and it says it continues in the books but I cannot remember if it is the manga or the graphic novels. Could someone please help? -.- Also, if it is the manga..which chapter or whatever is it that would be concidered the "continuation"??

Manga and graphic novels are kinda the same thing. o.o
The anime stops at Chapter 355, which is in Volume 36 of the manga.
