About me: Um.. i'm 16 now and weigh in the 140s and i'm asian. (i say that because i think that asians are supposed to weigh less than other races just cause of the frame most asians share) i was weighed around the same weight in freshman year but then over that summer i lost around 20 pounds and was 124lbs and happy. then another summer came and i gained everything back and my pants don't fit and i just don't feel comfortable in my own skin. razz

also, i like art smile


Things I ate today
10 pork dumplings w/ sesame oil and soy sauce and vinegar: 283
a dole peach fruit cup: 80
weird baked chips: 240
instant noodles: 283
bread: 140
corn and peas
roasted cashews with the sugar and honey yum
pbj
lots of greasy potatoes

Ways I can save calories for tomorrow
no cashews (really high in calories plus i can shove like a million of them into my mouth at once)
no more weird delicious chips
less dumplings (one serving is only supposed to be 6 dumplings)
no instant noodles (i was just trying them and they tasted bad...)
nix on the potatoes

corn
all of the roasted cashews
rice and potatoes and cauliflower and tomato but with lots of oil and in huge portions

i can't resist those chips!! sad or cashews...
all the chips and cashews are in my belly now...

When you're trying to resist stuff, try and find healthier alternatives to eat instead. Almost any healthy food can replace chips... carrots, healthier chips (Robert's American Gourmet has lots of healthy, tasty chips). Once you find healthy stuff you like, just start buying that and keeping the less healthy stuff out of the house. Also, when you've already eaten a lot and need to stop from overeating, chewing gum helps. 3nodding

even when there's healthy stuff in the house i tend to eat all of it... there's usually not too much junk in the house, usually when we have any it's for my little brother's school snacks

lthe chips i've been eating (they're all gone now) were the healthier kind that are baked and whole wheat
