If you know the password:
Log into the site.
Click 'Support'.
Click on the left hand column the link that says 'Customer Support'.
Click number 3, 'Pin or Password Reset'.
Make sure you know all that info that is listed.
Click 'Log a Ticket'.
Category will be 'Account Related'.
Sub-Category will be 'Pin Reset'.
Type in a subject, most likely something along the lines of: "Requesting a new pin."
Enter the description.
MAKE SURE YOU ENTER THE INFO THAT WAS LISTED PREVIOUSLY.
This info:
Full Name:
Birthday:
Secret Question "What is the name of your best friend?":
Secret Question two and answer:
Forum handle (If applicable):
Character Names:
Email registered to the account:
All of that info is needed for a GM or Customer Support worker to send you a new pin.
Click Submit, and wait for however long is needed.
They took about 1 week each time for me, and I wasn't 100% sure on my "Best Friend" answer, but that wasn't a problem for me.
As for forum handle...that is your forum name, If I'm correct.
If you do not know the accounts email, you're out of luck, but you can always check in the account account info.
That is, if you can get onto the account.
All you really need is the email, and you'll have a good chance at getting it back.
When the GMs change your pin, they email the email address assigned to the account.
Pretty simple to understand.

The first time I didn't, I submitted a second ticket that had all the info, they just deleted them both without a care.
Of course, they do say, if you submit multiple tickets, they reserve all rights to delete them...
