Emergency!

Okay, tomorrow is seventies eighties day for school. And yes, I plan on dressing up. Problem: I have a very limited wardrobe and very short hair.
Please please please post tips and links to help me get an idea of what I should do, because I have no idea what I'm doing.

Mess it up and make it look punkish.
Take a crappy shirt and rip it up and slap it over a wife beater or undershirt.
Then take flannel and wrap it the base of your pants Breakfeast Club style.
Pull a Bender and have a scowl.

Too late. Oh well.
I went to my neighbor's house, and she helped me dress up. She doesn't have girls of her own, so she loves dolling up my sister and myself. Her highschool years were in the eighties, so she yanked out her old clothes, did my makeup, and my hair.
Overly large sweater.
Leggings.
Large socks.
Flat-bottom shoes.
Dark over-done blue eyeshadow.
Dark, heavy mascarra (that took FOREVER TO GET OFF).
BRIGHT RED LIPSTICK THAT I SHALL NEVER WEAR AGAIN.
Curly foofy hair.
Black hat.

I have a couple of pictures, but I'll need to resize 'em and I don't have the time at the moment- maybe I will when I go home. They're not all that great, since I removed the lipstick and I'm just sitting on my rear end.
