Are Most of the people on maple Aholes?

I was playing maple today and i got to LVL 8, i wanted to be a magican so i tryed going to the town in a cab, i went to the wrong place witch was the dungeon on victory island, i tryed asking for help cause the monsters were to high LVL but most of the people called me a Fing noob and a stupid AHole. is it common to find people this rude in maple, and is there even any normal nice kind hearted people left?

Well... I dislike the maplers attitude. Most of them are rude. [[ No offense to anyone ]]
Last time, when I had a lvl 13 Mage who was stuck in El Nath I asked for help. NO ONE had bothered to help me.. Accept for a dk I met. Most high levels on maple are stuck-up noobs now. Even if some people worship them they don't deserve to be worshiped. Why? Because they'll get a big ego. And once they do... Nothing good will come.

One thing that hurts EVERY RPG are assholes. I hate people like that, I hate when they keep calling people n00b. IT'S A DUMB INSULT, but they keep using it to insult you, thinking they're so L337. But if you're on Windia, I could get you out of there with mah Spearman.

Actually, beginners only pay 10% of the normal fee, if you remember...(obviously you don't)

So instead of 10k he paid like 1k.

Yes, people are assholes, yes people are rude, yes there are kind hearted nice people.

From the dungeon, you could actually make it back to henesys, but it'd be kinda difficult.

If you still haven't gotten out, ask someone in this guild for help.

Yeah, most people are.
Most ignore others.
Most ks just for the hell of it.
It gets worse the higher level you get.

I was at fire drakes, levels 9x kept coming in and ks'ing me, wouldn't stop despite me asking them to nicely. One starts massing me just for the hell of it.

i restarted the character but i've also changed servers, i've gone to
Scania now, the people on there seem nicer then the people on Mardia lol thanks for the advice everyone ^^

Assholes will be everywhere.
You can't stop it.
The only thing you can really do to help yourself is think ahead.

I don't think level has much to do with the person being a jerk.
If I was around and met someone in trouble, I'd give them a return scroll or party them. Then door them back to town.

I think it just depends on the people you encounter. Sure people have their bad days and its understandable if their actions aren't the most rational. We know we're capable of being rude too. Its best to try to convince ourselves to be civil if not, avoid contact with others to prevent yourself from taking things out on them.

For me I have problems with people, constantly begging me to mesos. <.<;;
If not to train them when I..
1.Need meso myself.
2.Do not like trainning with strangers.
3.Might be busy at the moment.

Or else what gets on my nerves is when they stalk. @_@;;

5) Sum1 is stealing from u

I dont talk to people ingame. sweatdrop However, I wouldnt put someone down that was asking for help or any other Ahole-ish thing either.

It's not most people, it's SOME. Alot of the people I know would in fact help you out. And then there are some people who are just having off days. Heck, I've had off days when I'd rather KS someone or not help someone but that doesn't mean I'm always like that. For the most part I try to help as many people as I can because I realize that I was once ( and probably still am ) a newb too. If I was in their position and they were in mine, I'd want them to help ME out. ;3

Actually, there are plenty more reasons of why you can/should be mean.
Convincing means getting you to do something.
Now, TRYING to convince is a different story.

LOL. I accidentally did that once too. I eventually after like a month of asking, got someone who was going to help me get out, but then I died and it brought me back to the Mage town (cant recall the name right now.. o.o)
