hm hhard to chose. for me it would be Capt. Jean Luke Picard from TNG or Capt. Sisko from DS9.

Logic dictates that you Captain are the better stratagist especially while working with one ship and coming up with quick solutions at problem solving (often involving phasers).

But Captain Picard is great at tactical manuevers in that he can take command of multiple vessels and position them where they might do the greatest of service.

Captain Sisko has also demonstrated this ability.

Frankly Captain you are to much of a "cowboy" and not a team player.

Logic would dictate that Picard is a better tactical officer than you Captain.

He has had to face the Borg many times, as well his diplomatic skills could proove more useful than actually fighting.

But Janeway has had to reach earth with minimal time for repairs or re-stocking of resources, and has much more experience in any field than both Kirk and Picard combined.

I'd have to say either you, Captain, or Jean-Luc Picard. Picard's better at tactics, but Kirk's better at making quick decisions.

Well, TNG sets up Picard as being a great strategist, but in the actual episodes he always uses diplomacy to get out of situations rather than tactics.

Kirk and Sisko were both far more about tactics, and actually implemented them in battle. So I think Kirk, you're gonna have to duke it out with the badass DS9 Captain
