I just downloaded STIII from iTunes and started watching it. It has been a few years since I have seen it and something occured to me. Is the female Klingon that transmitts the Genesis data file to Dr. Brown the first female Klingon seen on screen. I don't remember seeing one in the original series but I have never seen all of the original episodes. Also , what happened to Kirstie Alley? She was in II but didn't come back for III.
Btw this is my Favorite movie with the Original crew.

Yes there was one in the Original series, (TOS: "Day of the Dove") The crew rescued klingons from a doomed ship, one being a female.
