gonk I magically went up to 165! At first I just thought I was bloated or something, because my weight always goes up on my period...
But the weight stayed up.
confused WHY? I'm not any taller. I don't look like I gained 5-10 lbs at all, my clothes fit the same. I've barely been exercising. I haven't eaten that much over the past few weeks... totally not enough to gain so much weight in a month.
DAMN. Damn damn damn, now I have even more weight to lose! I need to exercise and eat better... my appetite has gotten really big lately. I go from needing constant food to almost none... and I'm in the constant food phase, which I will stay in for quite awhile.
... and I really need to exercise more. Once I have my grades solid, I'll work something out. Try and buy some little weights, and find some time to do some sort of cardio.
