Intoxication presents...
Her experience at Projekt Revolution Tour on August 19th, 2007.
I went with my mom (lol), my friend Mikaela, and my other friend Katie. The first part of the day was a little boring just because there was no one we wanted to see. But I helped out in one of the booths to pass the time and I passed out the Project Rev booklet things you get. One kid called me his hero. xD
Aaaaanyway, My Chem was amazing. I had a total stupid moment as soon as they came on though. xD Gerard was wearing a red bandana that covered his nose and mouth. I thought he was Frank. So when Frank came out I was like, "Wait... who's that?" xD I'm just that cool.
One thing that really surprised me is that they played Prison. I was like, "HO s**t NO WAI!"
It was by far the best I had ever seen them. Gerard seemed like the old Gerard. Spontaneous, very sexual (lol), doing aerobics like there's no tomorrow, and going on his rants which in the end, make no sense.
The last song they played was Cancer. It was sung so beautifully, I cried. Just when you think Gerard's voice is so tired and shot, he sings the most emotional song on the album with such grace and emotion. Plus, it was outrageous how many lighters and cellphones were illuminating the pavillion.
Here is a rough list of what they played. This list is not in the order they played the songs in.
