Why 2.5? B/c this will be my second and a half attempt at losing weight. I'm in college now, a place where i can control what i eat, not whatever my parents decide to eat. Why the .5 b/c i gave a half assed attempt back before prom, doesn't really deserve to be called a full try but oh well.

Monday 20th ::
Work Out -- 100 cals on ddr
tons of walking (at least over 2 miles or more)

Food -- Pringles (900cals), popcorn 150 cals, dinner =broc & zuccinni on wild rice

Tuesday 21st ::
Work Out -- 500 cals on ddr (about an hour), light walking around campus

Food -- Bkfst = 1 egg, 1 plum / Lunch = peninni, steamed broc, cous cous (soooooo yummmy), ice cream sandwich (only 100 cals don't freak out) / Dinner = cup of cereal, cup of coffee


Today was a good day, woke up and noticed i'd lost 4 lbs, though we'll see how long that lasts. I was very good today. I got off my lazy but and walked the 7 blocks to maple hall where the only serve healthy food. yeah yeah peninni doesn't sound healthy but it was veggies and all sorts of good yummy stuff.

Wednesday 22nd ::
Work Out -- 180 cals of ddr (30 mins) and medium walking

Food -- Brkft = 1 bananna, 1 1/2 of cinnamon crunch cereal, water
lunch = flour tortilla, spanish rice (100 cals)
dinner = flour tortilla, black beans and sweet potato + cheerio rice crispy thing.


So far today has started nicely, woke up and noticed i'd lost about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds instead of gaining weight which is what i thought would happen. also, i could see a slight difference in my body. Can you say, yeeeeessssss~!

I've been trying to eat healthy, like walking the 7 blocks down to maple hall where they only have healthy and nutri food. But i'm really lacking in the protein department. So i'm gonna change it up a bit and eat more protien.

Thursday 23rd ::
Work Out -- 500 cals 1hr ddr

Food -- Brkfst = altogether about 350 cals. Biscuit (sp?), sasuage patty thing, and a few bites of disgusting rubbery eggs. And half a cup of oj, gross too
Lunch = half a sweet potato
Dinner = altogether it was about 600 cals, slice of ham, mashed potatos, and 1/4 sweet potatos



so in my effort(sp?) to add much needed protien to my diet i ate a very disgusting sasuage patty thing this morning at breakfast. I'm thinking of going down to the ghetto store around the corner and buying protien powder (if they have it) and some oatmeal and just make my own god damn breaky. b/c it's too gross down there. lol

so i added a little rewards list. I know the first two may look a little messed up but i thought if i went with the burgers first i'd fall off my plan and gain weight again. This way i'll be half way there in my goal so i wont want to stop.

Work Out -- 200 cals on ddr 20 minutes
medium walking

Food -- Brkfst = 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 strips of bacon (69 cals), hash brown (100 cals)
lunch = spinach lasanga, steamed zucinni w tomatos, two cookies, a necturine
dinner = asian noodle thing. 600 cals.


had a bit of a scare this morning when i stood on the scale, but when i stood off i noticed that it was off. So remember to always check your scales yo~!
