I got my pin reset finally.

It took like...7 days since I sent the message...not bad.

They used to be crap, but I take back basically everything I've said.

I wish my friend could say the same... He waited 2 months and never got any response(he did this a while ago) so he quit. Hey, I'll look on the bright side: He probably has his PIN reset by now.

Lucky you, Spike! And welcome back! Feel free to add my Sin, IGN = Kasuhitomi. I'm as active on my Sin (Lv 45), as my DK.

Recently, my Sin has been hacked as well. Either that or I somehow forgot my PIN (which is very highly unlikely), but all of my equips are still in-tact, as shown on rankings. I recently emailed Nexon, twice. Once yesterday, and another time today (but I included more info than the previous email), and I'm still waiting for my PIN reset.

Where it makes you log 'tickets'?

I wouldnt have sent 2...I sent one on like...the 6th, and then the 9th, and they deleted them both on the 12th, without even answering me.

Then again, the site does say if you submit more then one ticket, they have the right to delete all of your tickets...

So I hope you only logged ONE ticket, lol. x_x

I sent another on the 12th, after my stuff was deleted, and then I got a message around the 19th or so.

I used that form, I just did it differently. I sent it directly to cantlogin@nexon.net . And I did that twice. Still questioning if I should do the ticketing thing. Might as well. *tries*
