Meddy is here, How do we know who goes first?
Dice Roll? And by the way, The one with the higher number deals
damage so do you subtract the other persons number from yours which is higher?

Hp is 30 since we're both rookies.
Roll 3, 10-sided dice Subtract highest number from lowest. Whoever has the lowest gets the damge taken away from them.
Example: I roll 10,10,10 = 30
You roll 8, 8, 10 = 26
30 - 26 = 4 (you get the damage)
So you ready?
Hmph! Ready!
