height: 5'1
starting weight : 150 New 156 eek
goal: 135 -130



my reason is because i am starting to have health issues because of my weight and need motivation

breakfast- ceral, and grape juice( school food)
lunch- small cheeseburger and about 7-9 fries (school food)
dinner grilled chicken salad

activites

1/2 hour playing tennis

Ive had computer problems sad

well i havent lost any weight but I have been playing tennis for 2 hours everyday and Im eating much better than I have in the past.

It could be that my scale is broken so i might need to get a new one.

Monday

breakfast one poptart
lunch cucumers (( I didnt fell like eating keep getting sick sad ))
dinner 2 crab cakes and snap peas

exerise sad been sick all day


Tuesday

breakfast got up at 1130 razz
lunch egg muffin
dinner subway sub 6"

exerise walk for 1/2 hour



Wedesday (School Start!!)


WEIGHT 148


breakfast muffin
lunch hamburger and fries(school food razz )
dinner

snack : pretezls

exerise


Thrusday

breakfast mufffin
lunch sandwich
dinner sandwich


snack ice cream bar
exerise 1/2 hour tennis and 10 mins walking and 15 min basketball

lunch salade and chicken nuggets
dinner forgot


work right after school till 10pm

exerise 2.5 mile hot parade w/ baritone
