Main rule: I want restrictions. Don't give me too many! A blank tektek has too many possibilities. That bores me. Also, the more restrictions you give, the more the tektek can be tailored for you. In other words, more restrictions gives me a higher chance of making a tektek you'd like.
You may leave parts of the form blank as they apply to you... but don't leave it all blank or I won't make the tektek until you make it a bit more restrictive.
My style is matching. I might take some of your desires into account, but in this thread, matching will always trump themes, cosplays, etc.
I like to stick to gold shop items and make avatars as cheap as possible. If you have specific expensive items you like or want the avatar to be worth a lot, say so. Providing an envi link also helps.
