I really like it. There wasn't really much getting used to with this change like the ones in the past, everything is where I'd expect it to be.
@Sapphire: It does seem less childish. A sign of Gaia's maturity.
@Sunny: There were butterflies? eek

I didn't notice the butterflies either.
I like how the layout looks more clean and mature now but I voted "no" because the daily chance bothers me! Sometimes it tweaks out!!! I did like how its a claw machine thingy, though.

Overall, I really like the new layout of the site, and it's a nice touch having the scenery be dark or light depending on the webserver's time. The Daily Chance appearance doesn't bother me; I like it much better than the ever-changing button at the top corner of each main page. And I especially do not miss seeing the diverse Gaians in the top corner of each page; that to me somehow seemed really childish instead of what I think they were aiming for as enlightening as to how different we all are? *shrugs*
Anyhow, the re-vamp gets a thumb's-up from me...

I really dislike the new posting stuff, whenever I post something with a smiley it disappears. D:
It may show Gaia's maturity but most of the people on Gaia aren't. . . neutral
