If you're thinking of using it on the internet then it would look better if you outlined it darker.
But it's pretty much perfect, especially how you did the ruffles.

It's pretty good.
I suggest you darken it though.
If you have PS or anything that handles photos, it is quite easy to do.

You should ink it with a technical pen... It will jump out of the paper...

It's really good, but I agree with above comments - try and make it darker.
I wish I could draw. I can't draw to save my life - my art stops at stick men.
Yes, I am actually that bad.
But it's cool, 'cause I can sit around and admire everyone elses work. =DD
