Well, it's not exactly a joke, but there are some quaint sayings and stuff...
Like, in my college, there's this guy who's taller than 1m80, huge huge guy, 120kg or something like that, and he plays the ukeleke...first time I saw him, it just slipped my mouth: "Gosh, how weird, such a big guy with such a tiny instrument!". I swear it was an innocent comment, but no one believed that... sweatdrop
And when I say I like the double-bass, the answer I get more often (ok, right after the "and that is?...") , specially from guys is "So you only like big instruments, is that it?"... xd

Those were pretty good...and as a violist, I've had my share of jokes!

Here's another classic one: You walk up to a singer and ask them, "Who sings that piece?" They reply. "Good, then why don't you let them sing it?"
