Which Anime/Manga would you say has the best Philisophical meaning of all time and what do you think it is? Me starteth and I say:
Naruto or Gundam Wing, since I can't decide. sweatdrop
Naruto because it comes to a point I like: Family is one of the most important thing for anyone to have in there physical and spiritual lives.
Gundam Wing because the ultimate point is that you must fight for what you believe in, and an excuse such as pacificism may not safice.
Now you all biggrin :

Full Metal Alchemist was pretty deep, then again..
Gundam SEED and Destiny were about fighting for what you truly belive in, not for what other's tell you to.
>< can't decide...
And then there is Fruit baskets..which teaches you that you can't judge a book by it's cover... gonk too...much..anime... xp

I think that any anime has a deeper meaning...why go through all that trouble to create mindless fluff?

i think Air has a very deep meaning... its bout facing and overcoming obstacles in life... learning to accept people for who they are... and the most important theme in Air is about family...

I'd say wolf's rain, fullmetal alchemist, Rurouni Kenshin(my favorite manga)
my reasons:
Wolf's Rain: Do what you are meant to do, stick by your friends
Fullmetal alchemist: Don't play god. "Magic" gets in the way of technological development (in this case alchemy)
Rurouni Kenshin: Find the way to atone for your sins. you cannot epect the world to forgive you. you must try to forgive yourself.

Fullmetal Alchemist
To obtain, one must be willing to sacrifice something of equal value. The truth hurts. Instead of wasting time looking back, do the best you can with what you've been given.
