Most of the time yes. Monsters may drop items as well. Higher level monster = more money.

Nekad so where do we buy cool outfit? As you get to higher levels, you would be able to wear better cloths. It looks cooler and gives off betters stats. You buy the equips from other players in the free market or you buy it from the stores I talked about earlier.

About his money question, i think he was asking if you get the money in your inv. right after you kill em, the answer is no, they drop coins which u have to pick up.
