So. A New beginning. A few months have passed since I started my last effort, but I didn't make my goal successfully. So here's a new journal with a new goal.

Age: 15, as of today
Height: 5'9"
Starting Weight: 195.5
Weight: about 190
Current BMI: 28.1



GOALS
Weight: (ultimate goal): 150 lb
current goal: 170
timeline for goal:
180- september 1
170- november 18
150- july 15th 2008 (sweet 16th x3)

okay. So i'm going to post my food diary/excersise here in this log. and yeah. Here we go!!! xd

Breakfast:
yoghut (40 calories)
arrowroot cookies (2) (40 cal)

Lunch:
toasted tomato sandwich (300 cal)
banana (80 cal)
Snack:
hot dog bun (100 cal)
iced tea (10 cals)
cinnamon bun (200 cals)
banana ( 80 cals)
popcorn (100 cals)
Dinner:
1/4 baked potato (40 cals
sour cream ( 20 cals)
beans (40 ish calories)
pasta (100 calories)
Water: 8/8


Excersize:
shot some hoops for basket ball for about 20 mins
went shopping at costco, if that counts

Comments:really good day for me. Didn't splurge too much, but got enough food and stuff. Got some excersise too, which is always good

Excersize:MOSHING


Comments:Okay day. Lots of excersise, but not enough water. probably ate too much too
