I don't watch the anime, cuz I don't like watching it on the computer, so I'll patiently wait for it to be released on DVD and then watch it.
In the meantime I'll read the manga, which is so very addictive and mood-lifting

I reccomend the manga.

Also, Funimation got hold of Ouran and liscenced it, which means it will have really good english Voice work. Same people who did FullMetal folks!

Noooooooooooo! No english voice actors! Nooooeees!
I'm serious, they always manage to screw up romantic and funny moments. >_<

did you ever watch Gravitation in English? OMIGAWD! They totally raped Ryu-chan >_< Not cool.
There are only a few acceptable english voice-over-jobs, like Tenchi Muyo and Excel Saga.

I think they already did. First time I watched it was on DVD and it was around August-ish of 2008.
