Spock. Here are the reasons

1. Contest it illogical and therefore are not worth the time, at least to a Vulcan. Therefore since Spock is half human, his human half would relish the challange. So based on that he would win.


2. SPOCK IS HALF HUMAN!! You dont think the Human part wouldnt cheat to win? LOL twisted

You people that insist Spock is older than Tuvok are forgetting the rate that Vulcan's Age. Both Spock and Tuvok were born in the mid-23rd Century.

And Tuvok usually carries his eyes half-lidded, and doesn't wear as much Makeup(which builds up grease and sweat around the eyes), so he would easily outlast Spock.

I would have to agree!
Tuvok also has the advantage on the staring match because he is full blood Vulcan.

Nah, Tuvok doesnt stand a chance against a Vulcan who has as much experience at doing the poker face and finding ways out of impossible situations that even Tuvok would not think of.
