Blood Brooch and Orchid Brooch trade?

Just like the title says would anyone like to trade me for one blood brooch and I will give you an orchid brooch in its place I didnt know i finished the quest b/c as you probably already know this site has many glitches and errors lately so I bought them four items which i was saving and now im broke and cant do the second quest sad
