I'm not in the mood to compare their metric measurements.
However, those are NOT to-scale.
A saber-class fighter is NOT bigger than an AT-AT Walker, which your first list says. A saber-class fighter MIGHT be comparable to the Lambda-class shuttle at the top, but it's probably slightly smaller.
The second list makes the Star Trek ships RIDICULOUSLY SMALL in comparison to Star Wars.
The capital ships of both are BIG.
The Romulan Warbird (D'deridex) is the largest overall capital ship of Star Trek. (Unless the Cardassian one is bigger.) That list has it massing something like 4x that of the Galaxy-class ships, of which the Enterprise-D is the most famous. The armaments and defenses of both are comparable, and the Galaxy-class ships are general-purpose.
I would buy that the Imperial-class Star Destroyers are the size of the Romulan Warbird, which this DOES show. The ship at the top is a Super-Star Destroyer. I'll buy that a Borg Cube and a Super-Star Destroyer are of comparable mass. In the movies, there was ONE SSD-the Executor. The picture does not make it clear this is an SSD, not an Imperial-class. The Victory-class Destroyer is smaller than Imperial, and should be comparable to the USS Rutledge and New Orleans, ST's assault frigates.

If it helps, I have the DS9 RPG(Who didn't see that coming...), and it has the Dimensions for almost all the Ships. It's all Metric, though, so I guess that's one thing that Star Trek has over Star Wars wink
The Largest Ship in the Star Wars Universe(That I have stats for) is teh Dominion Jem'Hadar Battleship. It is roughly twice the size of a Galaxy Class Explorer, and three times as powerful. 1200x800x350m(The tonage and deck amount were left ot of the Description)
The Second largest is the Romulan D'Deridex class Warbird. 1041.65 x 772.43 x 285.47m. 4,320,000 tons, 83 decks. Reliable intelligence reports indicate that the Romulans power these Ships with an Artificial Singularity--A Microscopic Black Hole. This System Generates incredible amounts of power extremely efficiently; once activated, it can never be shut off(Except with Catastrophic Consequences).
Third is the Negh'Var, the IKDF Flag Ship. 682.32 x 470.09 x 136.65m; 4,310,000 metric tons; 32 Decks. The Negh'Var is teh Flagship of the Imperial Klingon defense Force. It is a Large Ship armed with 20 Disruptor Arrays, a larger forward disruptor Cannon, and four Torpedo Launchers. It is typically commanded by the Chancellor of the Klingon High Council or his most trusted General.
