On iTunes they only have one season of TOS, one of Voyager, and one of Enterprise, but none of DS9 or TNG. But there's a way to request new stuff. pick your favorite series and request the seasons they don't have.

also, does anyone know how many seasons there are of voyager? i think it's 7, but i'm not sure.

You are correct there are 7 seasons of Voyager. The same goes for TNG and DS9. There are 3 seasons of TOS, and 4 seasons of ENT.
