Hi, I'm flandreaa. <3. I have been trying to lose weight since May 16th-ish.
Since then I have lost five pounds. <3 I'm taking it slow and easy.

Age: 13. (as of today! <333)
Weight: 135 pounds (was 140.)
Goal weight: 110-115 pounds.
Excercise: I usually get an hour of excercise a day, but sometimes I will do the minimum of 30 minutes. I run on the treadmill, so an hour get's me 600 calories a day. I make a goal for one pound every week. :]
Diet: I am on a semi diet. As in, I'm not restricting myself too much, but I am restricting myself. I don't have sweets nearly as much, and I have completely banned ice cream.
I'll do most of my journalling on my myspace, but I will log my meals here. (except for today, I'll be busy.)
