people think that all goths listen to metal only. i personally dont think so. goth is the way you feel, dark and yeah..... but anyway, do you think that goths are only allowed to listen to metal? why or why not?

Metal has never had a direct influence on goth. And I don't really see why goths should have a collective personality. Anyway, outside of goth rock, it's dependent on your tastes. There are several who may like metal, some who like rap or hip-hop, new age, classical, etc. There is no "you can only listen to this stuff, or you're out of our club"
