*my weight loss journal


Making a start again, haha i started this like ages ago last year. Needless to say I didn't quite succeed :/ I've gained back most of it since then. (Even though it was very little, I had such good self control it seems.) But this time I shall make it D8 *makes sure of it* I have so much more support now and goals <3

Weigh ins: Every Saturday morning.


CURRENTLY

Starting weight: 119lbs
Current weight: 116.8lbs

Total loss so far: 2.2lbs

GOALS FOR NOW

- Lose 10lbs by Jan 1st 2009 :3
- Exercise more - Get more fit and healthy
- Stop overeating especially from boredom. And especially bad junk food.
- Get used to drinking more water e_e

Small McChicken meal without the soft drink.
Slice of strawberry cheesecake

About 3 cups OTL

Exercise
Walked home from school { 25mins }
DDR { 1 hour and a half }
Small exercises { 50 sit ups / thigh exercises etc }

Haha Starting up the journal again with one of my more crappy days. Damn. Well it was my sisters boyfriends birthday today hence the cake ;_______; Lalalala I have no more to say ;; *scurries away* I REALLY FAILED ON DRINKING WATER TODAY ROFL

Walked around with my friends in the city
