The Key: Water [][][][][][][][] S = Situps [] C = Crunches [][][][][] R = Running [] N = Swimming [][][][][] B = Belly rolls [][][] The scale for situps are 10. Crunches are 10 per box, 50 altogether Running is one mile Swimming is one hundred laps each box, altogether 500 laps. Belly rolls are 5 repetitions of 5 each box. Swimming is only so much because I'm a very good swimmer, and when I was on the swim team, I used to do 1,000 laps a day. o_o;

Daily Thoughts: So..today started out pretty bad. I got up late again, because my dad was STILL sick, and needed me to take care of him, so I was up till all hours of the night. On the bright side? I got a nice good morning call from my boyfriend, how sweet. : -) Although, I still feel depressed, even more so today. Hopefully, this will be my low, and tomorrow, I can start the cycle all over again. Woo. //sarcasm
I did good with my exercising today! I did 50 crunches, 25 belly rolls, and about an hour and five minutes of aerobic, high impact! It was such a neat video! No joke. Although...it was rather hard to keep up with them. Maybe I'll go swimming tomorrow if it's nice..
We still need food in the house. We literally, have almost nothing. Sorry for the kinda low intake today. >_<
