Level->26

Back when I had the hair I started out with

Level->30

Then as far as hair goes (Did the free Quest Hair cut >_>; which I did around level 35 or so)

Level-> 49

Then about a day or two later or so o.o

Level->50

Then then the day after I got my hair cut which was yesterday

Level->51
