They should record and release a CD of covers they sang live.

In case anyone's interested, a rather good quality version of Panic!'s cover of Tonight Tonight is available on their myspace.

Sadly, it's not download-able... but I just put my mic next to my speakers and recorded it that way 3nodding And there are programs that also record stuff while you play it... I should get one of those xp

Now if only they'd also do that with their other covers... I'm dying to be able to play them all in iTunes.

Ouhhh, I was never really a fan of their cover of Tonight, Tonight, but I've got to say that Brendon's vocals aren't pretty bad in that version of the cover.
"... The place where Jon was born..." That part made me laugh.
I'll see if I can download it on limewire, shhh.

It's a part of the Smashing Pumpkins tribute. 3nodding That's why it's on their myspace right now. There is going to be a CD released in Julys issue of Spin that has a lot of different bands covering the Smashing Pumpkins, P!ATD's Tonight, Tonight included. <3

I heard something about that, The Academy Is... also covered a song, I think... and some other bands. I suppose you know that and mentioned that in your thread already though.

I'll go check it out. I haven't been in the subforum yet surprised

Hehe, I don't like the Smashing Pumpkins but I think Panic! does a rather swell job of covering songs.
