my goal- 130 buy the end of the summer.
that's 50 pounds >< i'm going to cut down on fat and sugar intake (high frutose cornsyrup, not the fruit sugar) change my lunch meat to turkey, instead of pasta, have salad with just a table spoon of dressing (i'll try to get vinegrette instead of fatty ranch or parmpeppercorn)
i'll do a log probably three times a week, depending on my schedule.
every week I will change my excersize schedule to one a little harder to build up endurance without shocking my body.
not at all will i result to drugs or weightloss pills.
maybe a vitamin tablet here or there, but nothing dramatic
please feel free to post encouragement and tips. ^^
this is a lot of work and modivation and "you can do it"s and "git er dun"s are going to be needed

i will make more goals once i see the rate that i'm losing weight at ^^. this is my first real attempt to loose weight with both excersize and dieting.
