I cannot lose weight.
I cant.
My body just will not allow it.
I am at a plateau that has last 6 months.
Help anyone!?

You can do it. Just keep trying.

If you honestly can not lose any more, maybe your body is telling you that you are at a good weight?

All you need is a little motivation thats all. Think of a bikkini that you want to look good in. Or guys maybe.

Just stay away from tempting foods. And if you have no control over it then you need to think about that bikkini hard. It is so hard but you need to do or you cant lose wait no matter how hard it is. Just work out and eat healthy foods.

See about increasing your activity level. Just add five minutes to your workout, or step up from light intensity workout to a medium intensity workout, or both. Make sure you actually do get three or four workouts per week.

I've been on a pretty nasty plateau myself :3

How long has it been since you've a) tried a new exercise routine, and b) changed up your diet?
