Hi everyone. xD I'm Gin and this will be my weightloss journal.
Not only will it be that but it will also be a journal so that I can keep track of other things. x3
Feel free to post and encouragement/comments if you wish.

Current status:

-Name: Gin
-Gender: Female
-Age: 16
-Height: 5'7
-Weight: 145lbs
-Bust: 38in Hopefully I can lose like.. 2 inches up there
-Waist: 30in I wannt lose about 4-6 inches here
-Hips: 38in and about 4-6 here.




Wants to be:
-Weight: 120lbs



Goals:
By August 1st: 135
By September 1st: 125



Measurments After weight loss:
-Bust:
-Waist:
-Hips:





Plan:

I've done some calucating and found out that if I burn 1500 calories a day then I could lose 3lbs a week. I'm probably gonna end up playing DDR on workout mode.

It takes me about an hour to burn 500 calories so it should take me 3-4 hours to burn that. I already do 200 crunches a day. I started doing that about a week ago.

As for food, I wont have anyting healthy until July first. THe only thing to eat until then is peanut butter sandwiches and whatever my dad brings home for dinner. ex: fast and fatty foods burning_eyes


If anyone has any suggestions, that would be awesome. xD; I dont really like meat, only turkey and sometimes chicken. I don't know how much I should eat, so I'm gonna try under 1200 calories.

Tuesday; June 26th

Food: like 15 pretzels. 80 calories each xD;; oh snap.
A bowel of cereal and milk. about 200 cals
and dinner which was cabbage, corn and 2 boiled eggs


DDR: n/a

Other Exercise: 100 crunches

Water: I drank a few glasses of gatorade and sweet tea xD;;


Other:
Alright, I won't be working out until the 1st of july. I've been feeling sick and my back's been hurting. But I'm 100% sure that I WILL start July 1st even if I'm as sick as a dog. D< I must get this weight off.

Thursday; June 28th

Food: 3 peanut butter sandwiches, fried chicken and some veggies


DDR: none

Other Exercise: n/a

Water: I had a bunch of juice


Other:
Had ot wake up at 6 to go to court. Tomorrow I'm going to my aunts and I know I'm gonna gain weight 'cause she over feeds me there. Once I get back from her house I'm going ot start my DDR and change my ways for good. :3

Saturday; June 30th

Food:
-Chicken salad
-Fruit cup
-Peanut butter sandwich

-chips
-cheerios & milk

Other Exercise:
n/a

Water:
Drank sweet tea all throughout the day


Other:
Alright~ Tomorrow starts my DDR excercing, but man, my aunt wants me ot spend a WEEK at her house Dx and she always eats out and over feeds me each time and she MAKES me each everything. I'm gonna try to play sick so that I don't have to go. >>;
I love my aunt but I can't let her mess this up for me! I really want ot get down to 120lbs.
I'm also keeping a journal that has thing things that I can and can't eat and motivational saying and pictures. It's going ot be my bible from now on.
Hopefully I can get my dad to reason with me and let me eat dinner by myself. He does fix me veggies but their smothered in butter Dx so I can't eat that any more. ehh.

Well =D I'm going to give this my all. If I have ot work my a** off for a couple of months to change my ways for the rest of my life, then I'm going to do it!
