I started a random thread in the Music forum about The Used's new single "The Bird and The Worm" and was instantly set upon by flamers telling me to go to the official forum with my "me-ness".
So I found the official thread and posted that the new video had been released.
Know what happened?
They ignored my post. All that was posted afterwards was stuff like "I <3333 THE USED!!!" and "What's your favorite song!?!?!?!?"
I then posted a lengthly complaint about the insufficiency of the thread in that the fans completely missed the fact that the video was released. It's even more wrong that just today, a user posted that the "new song" The Bird and the Worm had just been released.
This seriously ticked me off.
Why should flamers get all over my back because I'm not using the official thread when the fans in the official thread are completely ignorant!?
Just goes to show how MCR fans ar just a bit better than The Used fans.

And that's why I think offical forum pages for bands are the wayto go. The MCRmy is just way to much fun! I suggest that if you're a fan of The Used you find a forum page dedicated to them and only them and then you can connect with people on a deeper level about it 3nodding

but
on some mcr forums, fans are pretty bad
like the ones who're like
OMG WE HATE JAMIA AND ALICIA THEY STOLE MY FRANK AND MIKEY OMG WTF BITCHES
and the ones who just post pictures of gerard's butt all day and are like
^_^ omg so sexi *drools*
and they don't discuss the music
just the band members and how hot they are

Mushroom Flavoured Water DEFINITELY not you guys but on some mcr forums, fans are pretty bad like the ones who're like OMG WE HATE JAMIA AND ALICIA THEY STOLE MY FRANK AND MIKEY OMG WTF BITCHES and the ones who just post pictures of gerard's butt all day and are like ^_^ omg so sexi *drools* and they don't discuss the music just the band members and how hot they are D: you guys HAVE to have seen people like this yeah...those kinda people are just plain scary if you ask me. But, each and every individual has their own reaction to different situations and blah blah blah...

i like both bands...
not to say either band has better fans.
cuz i think alot of mcr fans are also used fans...
but yeah, some people don't deserve to call themselves 'fans'.
