Hiya Hakuyako~! Pleasure to meet ya. =3

From what I can see of your picture (it's a bit small as far as being able to see detail), it looks pretty good. The proportions of the body seem pretty good, though the head seems a little large. Nevermind that last thing if that was your intent.

One thing though, you may want to define his feet more; he looks as though he's got club feet and no toes. Other than that, as you refine the picture more, I'm sure you'll clean up lines and what not. Cute picture. =D

To add, the eyes are a little off, in terms of perspective. His right eye should be a little higher, to be on correct relative level with his nose/ mouth. His posture looks a little stiff as well, though I can't pinpoint the mistake. On a lighter note, the style is rather cute. I'd love to see more drawings from you.
