Hey there!

Not only is this my journal where I shall record everything I eat and every work-out I do, it's also my first thread in this guild. ^_^ yay

I'll be updating this everyday. 3nodding

First, I'll start with what I had/did so far today:

Date:
April 18, 2007

Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs
1 slice of toast
1 glass of milk

Lunch:
1 salmon and spinach sandwich
1 hand-full of carrot sticks
1 vanilla yogurt
1 bottle of water

Snacks/drinks:
1 bowl of whole-grain tortilla-chips
1 granola bar
2 glasses of water

Supper:
1 large salad
1 glass of water
1 banana for dessert

Exercise:
~walked home from school
~half an hour on the treadmill
~10 minutes of weight-lifting
~walked to Xiphium's house

Right now, I weigh approximately 143 lbs. My goal weight is 125, and I am working to achieve this goal by atleast the end of June.

a cup of tea

Lunch:
a salmon, spinach, and lettuce sandwich
a handful of strawberries
a bottle of water

Snacks/drinks:
a fruit smoothy
a peanut-granola bar
a glass of milk
2 bottles of water

Supper:
tuna and vegetable wrap
glass of water

Exercise:
~walked home from school
~10 minute weight exercise
~on the treadmill for 15 minutes
~walked around town

a cup of green tea

Lunch:
apple juice box
chicken and veggie wrap
an apple

Snacks/drinks:
the rest of yesterday's fruit smoothy
a bottle of water

Supper:
2 slices of deluxe pizza
a bottle of water

Exercise:
~walked home from school
~walked from my house to Angela's and then from Bob's to Steve's xp

a sub sandwich
a coconut donut

Snacks/drinks:
bottle of water
3 glasses of Sunny D
green tea

Supper:
steak, salad and a potatoe

Exercise:

~walked around at camp

a mock-chicken sandwich
green tea
a banana

Snacks/drinks:
2 bottles of water

Supper:
chicken and potatoes
a glass of water

Exercise:

~walked home from school
~jogged on the treadmill for half an hour


Yyyeah... I know I skipped yesterday, but I was gone all day and I don't remember exactly what I had. D:
Also, I've been slightly indulgent lately (I could blame my period, but I won't...>_>) so I'll have to work extra hard this week. Woo~!

You do something to me that I can't explain.


Urg. Bad.
I haven't updated this for a while...
But just so you know, I have still been making efforts. ^_^
I weighed myself yesterday, and I am now down to 138 lbs~ yay.



So would I be out of line if I said,

I miss you.
