You might want to move the camera back a bit. I felt about 80 years old when I tried to look at that. I can't give any opinion on it.

I can however, direct you to:

Painting Advice and Show-Off Thread to show people your painting and ask for advice, and also the advice thread on how to take pictures of your minis.

Well yes and no. It doesn't belong here, but it can go here.

Yeh!

So, I suggest you check painting and Modelling thread out. It's a sticky, so you really shouldn't lose it.

Take some more pics now then. I'd rather see a good small model than a shitty blurred one that's large any day of the week. Just post those in the P&MD Sticky, and I'll go shove this old boy in the archives.

It is not the camera. it is you. As Argus had said, move back. If you didnt notice, in the photos the background is clear. The camera is focusing on the back, like any camera would because youre too close.

Move away from the models, take the photos, and then on a computer crop out the photo.

Also, post in the modeling forum, which Argus also said, and gave you links too.

Okay, case in point, the door behind you is perfectly in focus. Figure out how you did THAT, and you'll be good to go.

(That's a subtle hint for "Back the hell up so your camera can focus!" You don't have to fill the picture frame with your model to get a good picture. Even if you did, do it by standing back and zooming in.)

I'm glad this is all agreed to then.
I'll see you around the Painting and Modelling discussion subforum.
