Hello 4laugh
My name is Leah and I want to lose 25 lbs . I am 5'3 and weigh 140 lbs.

Weight Goals

•Lose 1 pound per week
(Totalling 15 pounds total in 15 weeks)
• Continue weight loss after 15 weeks into my 9th grade year, and lose another 10 pounds.

Eating Goals

• Eat 3 small meals and 2 small snacks per day
• Absolutely no sweets

Fitness Goals

•jog/walk at least 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes
(With a goal of being able to jog for 10 minutes straight)
• Do muscle toning excercises every other day:
Arms-
2 sets of 20 pushups
4 sets of 5 tricep dips
2 sets of 15 weight lift things per arm, with 5 lb weights
3 sets of 10 tricep entenxsions per arm, also with 5 lbs

Core-
2 sets of 20 crunches
3 sets of 10 ab pull (not technicnal name)

Leg/butt-
3 sets of 15 squats
these goals will be crossed out as they are reached and new, harder ones will be made.

Lunch
turkey on wheat sandwhich
bag of herr's potatop chips (BAD!)
peach fruit cup
100 calorie pack (chips ahoy! version)

Dinner
Chicken Caesaer Salad
glass of diet pepsi

Snacks
Apple

Excercise
Half hour of treadmill : burned 175 calories

Comments
Today would have been good if I hadnt eaten the bag of chips in my lunch and had a bit more water. My only excuse for this is that my I asked my mom to pack my lunched and she does not know that I do not eat chips. Water-wise, we ran out of bottles water and i didnt want to drink a sugary capri sun.
My treadmill workout showed improvement too, I did 1 minute 6 miles/hr intervals with 5 minutes at 6 m/hr (aka running) and I did get out of breath until the last 2 intervals.

donut gonk
pack of pop tarts gonk

none gonk gonk

Omg.
I slipped big time today.
The only lame reason for it is that I had been pretty good all day, so i helped myself to a donut. But, soon after i went to my friends house a little longer than i had thought and got hungry, so i caved and had a pop tart. Also because of this I skipped my excercise cause i got home superlate.

1/4 apple (taken from friend)
3/4 90 calorie cereal bar (also from friend)
1 small carmel rice cake

Dinner
1 1/2 hamburger
2 quarters worth of kethcup
1/3 plate of broccoli/cauliflour

Snacks
vitaminwater

Excercise
the little i get in p.e.

Comments
I shouldntve taken anything from my friends at lunch and I shouldntve had the extra 1/2 of a burger for dinner.
I also should have excercised confused

Don't worry too much about little slip ups :] When you're first starting out, they'll happen a lot more often than you want them to, you just have to train your body to your knew diet :] Things will regulate themselves naturally, no worries ^.^

I peice of wheat toast w. a pat of butter
about 10 grapes

Lunch
wheat bread turkey sandwich
peach cup
about 10 veggie crisps

Dinner
Sesame chicken & white rice
mountain dew gonk

Snacks
vitaminwater
some mints and 2 peices of gum

Excercise
I walked to the Chinese restaurant and took the long way back (about 2.5 miles)
On the way back we stopped at a Mcdonalds plaground and we ran around there for a while
We walked to a park (about .25 of a mile) and we ran around there for about 45 minutes

Comments
I think the only slip today was the dew, cause with all the excercise I got, it would have burned off alot of the chinese, especially cause I had a healthy-sized portion.
Im also happy that I got excercise today but didnt actually do a formal workout.
