Do they ever, in any episode of any series, mention Spock's first name? or do they always just say, "You'd never be able to pronounce it"?

Oh but in the episode amok time he lists his name by his ancestors as spock son of sarek son of ... I don't remember but am fairly certain that it started with an s ... Scon or something like that.
