That is my goal.


----->> Hi. I'm Jenn and I really, really want to lost ten pounds. I'm lactose in tolerant, so that should have helped, right? Wrong! It didn't help much that I ate very little for the past few months to the point of almost passing out, but now I am starting to eat healthier.

I will be posting a log of how each day goes (I'll try to everyday, anyway) and at the end of each week (Saturday) I will post an entry stating my weight, and etc. Each log will go like so;

Breakfast;
Lunch;
Snack;
Dinner;
Excercise;
Other;
Notes;

Breakfast; A glass of Chocolate Soy Milk, a banana, and a green tea
Lunch; Sliced chicken breast with mayo and margarine on a kaiser bun, and three peices of green, red, and orange sweet peppers.
Snack; Orange juice.
Dinner; Ravioli; I know, i know, not exactly the healthiest thing. D;
Excercise; I'm going to do 50 crunches on an excercise ball, 15 twists, stretches, 20 situps, and 30 bicep curls; all before bed.
Other; A few Quakers Dill Crispy chip things, I'm going to have a apple stroodle soon ( gonk ), and green tea
Notes; I think I did okaaay.... sweatdrop . I cheated. But I will do better tomorrow! =]
