Beakfast: Toast(brown bread) with Vegemite and an apple
Lunch: lettes and tomato sandwhich and banana
afternoon tea: ramen
Dinner: chips, chicken nugets and crab stick (my family had takeaways chicken nuggets and crabstick was the least un healthy thing i could think of)
anything else: 2 bites of caramel slice
Exsercise: 45 mintue walk

Lunch: sandwhic with cream chesse, salmon, tomato and lettets
