I don't know if this is the same thing or not but theres always www.groupboard.com

Theres the demo one you can go on or you can see the 'whos online' list for different websites that run the boards. You can draw/paint and chat at the same time so I figured it was along the same lines. XD

The group boards applet is a bit slow for me so when I try to draw a circle with my tablet, I end up getting this wonky dodecagon.

When all else fails, just host your own pchat. You can download the applet somewhere, though I don't quite remember where right now.
