Hi! I had recently lost about 20lbs and I want to continue losing weight, but not only have I correct my eating, I am working out after school real hardcore for almost 2hrs.
Exercise:
1 Mile run/jog/walk
Run Up a small hill then back down
Run around the track for at least 10 laps, then walk 4 laps.
Do stadium stairs 2 sets (It's a huge stadium)
Then do hardcore abs at least 250~
Then walk
~ I stretch inbetween workouts ^
Food:
Morning have yogurt
Mid day have a small lunch at school, like a salad or on occasion a small burger.
At home, have a 6' inch sub (lean meat)
That's what I started on Monday, and I'm sticking with it!
